World Hypnotism Day, January 4th, was established to help educate the general public of the truth and benefits that the natural process of hypnotism has to offer everyone. Movies and books of fiction have warped the perception of hypnosis, which is why World Hypnotism Day is a necessity in order for more people to understand the truth and use this natural, expedient and effective process for personal change.
On World Hypnotism Day, January 4th, hypnotism professionals around the world combine their efforts presenting free and low cost events in their area to promote hypnotism and help the general public become more aware of hypnosis and the benefits it offers any individual desiring personal change.

Garrett G Buttel, M.A., has spent a lifetime helping people. First as a counselor with the United States Veterans Administration and then as Director of Monmouth Hypnosis Center, Belford, NJ. He is an author, speaker, trainer, and has helped thousands of people concerning a broad range of issues. Garrett is Board Certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists.
James Malone
James Malone is a Certified Hypnotist who sees clients for a wide variety of stress relief and personal empowerment issues at his office in Point Pleasant Beach. Janet Crain

The Open Mind Institute is the New Jersey Shore area's first school for Hypnotism and Holistic Studies. Learn to hypnotize yourself and others in a classroom environment. Become a Certified Hypnotist supported by the National Guild of Hypnotists. Course completion includes a free, one-year membership in the National Guild of Hypnotists. The Open Mind Institute will also provide classes in related subjects of Holistic Health and well-being.
